About the Position As a coordinator, you will participate in the operational work and be responsible for detailed production planning, monitoring capacity and staffing within the warehouse and forklift operations. You will ensure that promised delivery times are met and, together with the warehouse manager, suggest corrective actions in case of deviations. You will conduct daily meetings with the team, shift handovers with the other coordinator, and work closely with the warehouse manager. It is also important that you can communicate and collaborate with other coordinators and departments in the factory to ensure smooth production flow.

As a coordinator, you will work two shifts, and during the evening shift, you will also be responsible for closing the warehouse section and act as the evacuation leader. We value your ability to collaborate, maintain oversight, and manage our business system 365, as well as your knowledge of our products and production methods.

Your Profile We are looking for an experienced forklift driver who can take initiative and achieve results with commitment, responsibility, and courage. You enjoy planning and organizing your work in a calm and controlled manner. You have the ability to work carefully and with safety awareness in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Requirements for the position include a forklift license for Counterbalance Forklift (B1), Reach Truck (B3), and High-Lift Order Picker (B4). It is an advantage if you have knowledge of our business system 365. The position is full-time, scheduled for two shifts.
